| 1 cup | Brown Rice |
| 1/3 pound | Italian Sausage, mild |
| 2 Tblspn | Olive Oil |
| 1 medium | Onion, chopped |
| 2 tsp | Marjoram |
| 2 tsp | Sage |
| 1 1/4 cups | Celery, sliced |
| 10 oz | Spinach, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
| 1/4 cup | White Wine, dry |
| 1/2 cup | Chicken Broth |
| Directions: |
